My printer continues to come up with the error ‘carriage jam’ although I have tried all the steps asked on the website, the carriage just doesn’t seem to be moving, but I can easily move it with my hands, I also can’t perform anything on the printer as the error is persistent.
Another issue is that I put in official Hp cartridges of the correct type for the printer and it isn’t reading them at all.
Any help? Or any way I can get it serviced as it says on the website but I can’t seem to find a link to enquire?

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
