HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer

Absolutely livid at how much time I've wasted and lost. 

 

Printer has been fine, even printed earlier this week without problem. No errors, no signs of any problem at all. Then randomly, part way through this morning (11.02.23) the printer starts throwing up an error. Nothing had been printed today, it was showing all normal lights and no sign of error until it suddenly started flashing. There had been no interruptions of power, the cartridges hadn't been tampered with, no paper had been run through. One minute the printer was fine, then it wasn't. Ridiculous. 

 

Went online and searched what the error code means and I've gone through every single step - and I mean every one, so to whichever hp assistant responds, don't waste my time telling me to try the trouble shooting steps. I've done them all, including replacing the ink cartridges, and It hasn't changed a thing - so now I'm stuck with a printer which refuses to print and to which I'm paying a monthly subscription for.

 

Considering the money you're happy to take from me, I expect someone to contact me about this. It's a sign of a poor quality product that simply stops working for no reason at all.
