Hp instant ink

I have a HP ink plan in place as I do print college stuff. 
I have not been at home for some time but. I received an email from HP with a suggestion to upgrade my plan from 100 pages to 300 pages a month. I noticed that I am showing to have printed 19 pages today while I have not printed anything. The issue is that I am now limited in what I can print without been charged additional. I feel cheated to be honest as I never really look at it in detail.  How come I am showing to have printed when I have not ?  Has anyone come across to this also ?
