Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw

Hp MFP178nw suddenly started colour  smudge on right side see picture. Waste drawer was full of powder(emptied) same is on the imaging drum.  To find someone to fix it on site at my home is like mission impossible.  Any one can help.
