Produto: HP OFFICEJET PRO 7720 PRINT PROBLEM

Everything printed has a splatter of ink through the page. Ive tried changing the cartridges and its still happening. Anyone had the same problem ? have advise ?

Could it be some ink on a roller somewhere ?
