Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I put in new cartridges and the following message shows:

”there is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty, cartridge.”

I have bought 3 new sets of cartridges and the same error appears. I have taken out the printhead, and re installed it and it keeps showing up. What can I do?

Did not work, and since my product is out of warranty I get redirected to this same website. I cannot even **bleep** for that same reason.Basically the only option provided by HP is to dump my $800 HP printer to the trash because its out of warranty. Thanks for nothing HP.
