Hp smarttank 555 doesnt print yellow

Hi community

This printer is not printing yellow and i cant find the color printhead for it.

Can u please provide the code for the product and an online shop with those printheads?

Amazon has for 200,300 and 400 series but not for 500 series.

Thank u for your reply. 

I already contacted 2 local hp support and resellers asking to buy the print heads and both of them refused to order it. Both of then informed that those print heads are not in the product catalog to request to main HP european support. 

This means that HP sells printers but does not provide the requested support.

I had to buy the color print head to aliexpress.

The original print head has a sticker with this product code MOH50A and google it gives almost no results.
