HP Recommended

Two collor cartridges went low, printer stopped printing. Instaled smarting cartriges, got errors. Went and bought hp cartridges and installed new hp orginal cartriges, still getting cartridge error. Help...

Me again with more info: the two cartridgs that I used first were Smartink 951XL.
