MY HP DESKJET PLUS 4100 PRINTER DONT HAVE A BUTTON TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF PAPER.EVERYTIME I PRINT IT COMES OUT LIKE A SIZE 4

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

This Printer does not have any such button on the Printer.

 

You need to change the paper size from the software of the Printer on the Computer.
