HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I am on the ink program for HP printer office jet pro 9015e. I just put in the new black cartridge you sent me and i keep getting same replacment error as I did for the used one I am replacing. The message keeps saying the depleted cartridge must be replaced.

Hi @omahakaren, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

We understand that you are getting error message even after replacing the cartridge.
Let's try a few steps to resolve this issue:

Reinsert the Cartridge: Remove the new cartridge and reinsert it. Make sure it clicks into place securely.

Clean the Contacts: Gently clean the electrical contacts on the cartridge and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth. Sometimes, dirt or residue can cause connection issues.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Update Firmware: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP support website.

Reset the Printer: Sometimes, resetting the printer to its default settings can resolve cartridge recognition issues. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
