(Cartridge Jams Frequently)-I am trying to create a case number for my HP printer (out of warranty) to speak with a customer service agent. I am an instant ink customer(business). The larger cartridges HP sends me jams are causing the printer cartridge not to move. I see no obstruction. Difficulty reaching HP via phone. Thanks! Since the printer is out of warranty the virtual agent is no help.

I understand you have a carriage jam issue with the printer. The ink cartridges sent by Instant Ink will not cause this issue as they are the compatible ink cartridges for this model printer.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document -  'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly seated. Refer to - Replacing the Cartridges

 

If the issue persists, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here
