I bought 63xl tri-color from Walmart, it is giving me an error message asking to replace cartridge

HP Officejet 5255

I have an HP Officejet 5255 printer. I had run out of tri-color ink so I bought a new 63xl tri-color cartridge from Walmart.  I am getting an error message to replace the cartridges when I install my new cartridge. If I take the new cartridge out, the printer totally works fine on a single cartridge mode. Walmart's customer service suggests me to contact HP to resolve the problem.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If you insert your old color ink, do you still get the error message? If yes, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team for a replacement.
