HI @yousef79,

I'd like to help!

The actual yield can vary depending upon the printed content on the page. Highly "dense" documents, such as the text document, may cause cartridges to yield fewer pages than the ISO standard, while less dense ones such as the will typically cause the cartridge to yield more pages than the standard. The yield you experience will depend upon a number of factors including the content that you print and the manner in which you print.

The declared yield of cartridges from many different manufacturers. The printing style of the customer (type of documents printed, number of colour pages, size of print jobs, image density, simplex v. duplex, etc.) will have a substantial impact on the cartridge's actual page yield.

As the yield way lesser than the average, I recommend you reach the HP Phone Support Team for replacement options-

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
