I bought a 4 pack of 902XL ink, installed it, and my printer screen read this "Printing is unavailable because the indicated cartridges are defective. Get a replacement.

If you insert your old ink, do you still get the error message?
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
