I have an HP Envy 6055e. I bought a blank ink cartridge and when I installed it, the pages kept coming out streaky even though the cartridge was fresh out of the packaging. Went out and bought another new ink cartridge, replaced the faulty one that printed out streaky pages, and now my pages print out fine. Any way for me to get a refund or replacement for my faulty cartridge?

To get the ink replacement, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
