I can't even use ink I bought cause I'm not apart of the subscription

It sounds like there may be an issue with your HP Instant Ink subscription or account. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue.

 

Check Subscription Status:

  • Ensure that your HP Instant Ink subscription is active and properly linked to your HP account. You can log into your HP Instant Ink account at HP Instant Ink Account to verify the subscription status.

Re-Link Your Printer:

  • If your printer isn't linked to your account, you may need to reconnect it. Go to your printer’s settings and follow the steps to connect it to your HP Instant Ink subscription.

Check Ink Cartridge Compatibility:

  • If the ink cartridges you purchased are from a different source and are not enrolled in HP Instant Ink, they may not be usable. Ensure the ink cartridges are compatible with the subscription model.

Cancel and Restart the Subscription:

  • If the subscription isn't working or you were unable to set it up. You might need to cancel and re-subscribe to the service.
