when I click on the link to log on I get this message:
Something unexpected happened
We're sorry, but something went wrong. Check that you have a stable Internet connection and try again. If you continue to have issues, try signing in later.
There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I need to update my billing information so that I can operate my printer.
