Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw

I can only print in black and white on my M283CDW. I have tried from my WIndows 11 workstation as well as directly from a USB flash drive. My firmware is up to date and I have tried the usual reloading drivers and HP smart software. I recently replaced my toner cartridges. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

BTW, I followed all the troubleshooting steps listed in this post: Solved: Printer only printing in black and white - HP Support Community - 7483849. The one exception is that I downloaded the appropriate webpack for the M283CDW.
