Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am only using official HP cartridges but lately I can only print even less than 50% of the pages that I should be able to print with the cartrdiges. After having printed only a few pages (20), the XL cartridge (300p capacity) already shows a usage of +/- 25% of the cartridge. It is the same for normal cartrdige and for XL cartridge and for color and black and white. Any idea what the reason could be?
