HP Recommended

I cannot find HP 935XL Cyan ink cartridges anywhere to purchase so I cannot use my HP printer! Is there a substitute brand that I could buy and use?

Any information will be appreciated!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you using HP genuine ink cartridge or non HP ink cartridge?
  • Are you experiencing issue after moving to new location?

I have always used HP genuine ink cartridges. 

I have not moved to a new location.

Thank you for posting back. 

 

 I did go through the ink cartridge related issue and found out there is an issue with this ink cartridge all over and HP has recalled it.

Your issue will be taken care once the new batch is rolled out.

I've seen Staples saying they have been discontinued!  I've seen recalled.  Which is it and....

 

WHEN WILL THE NEW (FIXED) CARTRIDGES BE MADE AVAILABLE!!!????

 

I will be informing the Military exchanges about this issue...
