I couldn’t load the ink into the printer, I don’t know what is the issue, but I can’t rotate it after putting the ink cartridge

Hi @Aditi98

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Let’s narrow this down together. To better understand what’s happening, could you clarify a few key details:

  • Printer model: Which HP printer are you using?
  • Cartridge type: Are these standard HP cartridges or Instant Ink cartridges?
  • Cartridge color: Is the issue happening with black, tri-color, or another cartridge?
  • Insertion point: Does the cartridge slide fully into the slot before you try to rotate it?
  • Rotation mechanism: Are you referring to a latch, lever, or twist-lock that won’t move?
  • Resistance type: Is it physically stuck, or does it feel like something is blocked or misaligned?
  • Previous cartridge removal: Did the old cartridge come out easily, or was there resistance?
  • Any error messages: Does the printer display anything on-screen when you attempt this?

Once I have these details, I’ll be able to guide you more precisely.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
