HP Recommended

HP sent me a new printer because the old one broke. He also sent me new inks because I am subscribed to the Instant Ink service.

 

I'm trying to do the process of changing the printer through the HP Smart app, but we're leading to a dead end because I can't find the printer code.

 

How do I solve it?
