I cancelled instant ink and now my printer is not printing correctly.  Is it because I cancelled instant ink?

Hi @Jenkilo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

If you have canceled your instant ink account and are unable to print, here's what you need to know & do:

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

when done successfully, check if it works fine.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance

Yes.  And I have the same issue.  And now, after researching I have found that many others have fallen victim to this same scam.  I rarely used it.  Virtually all of the printing that I did was from the original factory installed cartridges.  Now I cannot use the cartridges that I was sent while I was on the plan so I received absolutely zero benefit for the months that I paid. I currently have HP laptops, desktop and printer.  These are the last HP products that will ever enter my home.  I hope that they enjoy the few extra dollars they got by basically bricking my printer to force me to buy new cartridges.  I will buy another brand of printer rather than purchase new cartridges to replace full cartridges that I have already spent money on but can not use.
