I understand you are not able to claim the printer.

 

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Find the Printer Claim Code

 

if you still have issues, refer to - Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer?

 

For assistance in enrolling the printer in Instant Ink - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
