I didn’t use my printer (wireless hp 410 series) for a long time and when I tries to use it, the black ink is not flowing although I did clean the head printer (first level and second level)

How long time was the printer without any usage? a such may also affects other aspects, as its storage conditions.

You may try cleaning the printheads multiple times and see if you may got some improvement.

Keep in mind that you might also need to replace the printheads due to ink clogs after a long period with no usage
