I get pink streaks in blue ink when printing a PDF

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to print a PDF for a t-shirt, I get pink streaks in blue ink.  The red ink is fine. This happens with plain paper and t-shirt transfer paper. My ink levels are good, and I cleaned the print heads.

Are you facing the same issue when you print documents or make a copy?
