Product: HP DeskJet 4133e All-in-One Printer

So a year or so ago, i bought a printer cause ours was old and was failing. As part of my purchase they gave me a ink cartrige plan which they sent me ink catriges for free based on my usage. Since i didnt use it much, i canceled it after trial, but before that I got sent 2 cartriges. I noticed something wrong with the print so i checked, and ink levels were low, so i used the catriges they sent me. The black looked longer than the one that came with the printer, and when i installed both, i got lights on, the ink levels are blinking, and it wont print, except the test prints. I noticed both ink levels are blinking, the info is also blinking, and the resume icon is on. Also the power icon is blinking. I have photos of the old cartriges (left is old, right new) as well as the panel. No sure what to do to fix it. I put in the old ones and everything i fine, but soon, they gonna run out.20240607_151008.jpg20240607_150626.jpg
