I have 5 X 7 photo paper in the alternate tray. It always worked in the past.  It is HP photo paper.  It does not print properly in that the printer starts before the paper is in there, such that the top is cut off and the bottom of the paper is blank.  I also tried with 8 and 1/2 by 11 photo paper, and the same thing happened.  There is no problem printing on plain paper in either tray, including photos.  I read in the forum that the photo paper can not be too heavy, but the 8 and 1/2 by 11 photo paper is 72 lbs, and seems to meet the other requirements set forth -  Staples photo supreme high gloss.  The 5 by 7 photo paper is hp paper, which came with various hp inks I have purchased in the past. some of the numbers on them are CR702-60024,  cr702-60027, and  5189-8494.  It used to work perfectly.  Any suggestions.

I purchased hp basic photo paper. and at least that works.  But don't understand why the heavier paper, which had always worked no longer works.
