I AM SO frustrated and confused.  I just put in a new color cartridge but can not print color

I see that you are facing an issue printing in colour on your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Are you able to make a colour copy on the printer standalone? (Placed a colour document on the scanner glass and make a colour copy to confirm). 

- When was the last time you were able to print in colour?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
