I have automatic ink delivery - black cartridge is faulty, I need to manually order another one

This is such a simple query. I have a faulty black cartridge and I need to order a black cartridge out of the automatic cycle of Instant ink.  Surely this is routine question. I have been on the HP Support site 20 minutes already. Virtual agent was hopeless.
