I am paying for the insta ink and i am not receiving the correct ink cartridges, I have 4 Magenta and 3 Blues which i have just put new ones in so im left with 3 and 2 now. I do not have any yellow. This has been an ongoing issue and i am finding this service to be more of a headache to my business than it is worth. The funds are taken from my account monthly and i feel that the service offered does not the expectations of a consumer. I called yesterday (Case Number [edit]) and was told that i would be called back in 10 mins- i still have not been called back. I would like someone to contact me by close of business today on [edit], i think that is sufficient time given before I see what my option are with ACCC or OFT.
