Product: HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer

This is the second HP printer I have bought.  With my old one and this one, at a certain point, it told me that the printer cartridges are "not installed correctly." (They are.) I repeatedly took them out, put them back in.  I followed ALL the instructions the virtual assistant gave me-- Unplug and restart (no help), check for new firmware (it's already updated), clean the cartridge heads, etc.  Nothing they suggested worked.  I am using original HP cartridges. Nothing works.  I will never buy another HP printer, but I have some things I really need to print now.  And I can't reach anyone by phone.  The username I chose "hate my printer" was already taken.  I'm not surprised.
