I find the HP Instant Ink program to be totally unreasonable. The fact that we receive new cartridges based on the number of sheets used and not how much ink is remaining in our cartridges makes no sense. I keep getting cartridges when a do NOT need them and have become quite backed up with these new cartridges. So I decided to cancel this program and simply buy cartridges on my own. I am now getting a message that these new non-HP cartridges that I bought cannot be used in my printer as I can only use HP cartridges. I have tried to disable this feature in my settings but seem unable to do this. Can somebody help me with this
