Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have instant Ink. My cartridges are dried up and show that they are half full.  How do I get new cartridges from instant ink.  I hardly ever use the printer.  I have tried all the suggestions for getting the cartridges to print again.
