I have not received and inkjets for over a year and finding it completely overwhelming what I need to do to "speak to someone" to get a response......I am not in the "Tech Savy" category and have no clue what will happen after I send this message and end up in a black hole

Could you elaborate more as to what you mean by not receiving inkjets for over a year?

 

Are you enrolled in the instant ink cartridge?
 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I also signed up and pay £2.99 a month for regular supply replacement of instant ink cartridges which as I have said previously I have not received for over a year

If you are enrolled in the instant ink program, I would need a few details. 

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
