HP Recommended

I have a HP8710 printer. I have performed the "clean printhead" function at least 7 times and the resulting test page that prints post the cleaning has not shown any improvement, the "ABC" across the top of the page is far from solid letters, the left margin the entire page prints lighter than the remaining page and the colors in the center of the lower section of the page are outright missing any color in sections.

 

What are my next steps, options?
