I'd like to help!
This appears to be an issue with the printer as the print quality is not good even after replacing the ink cartridges.
You may update the firmware on your printer. The firmware can be downloaded and installed via this HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads
NOTE: The printer needs to be restarted after the firmware update is successfully installed.
In case the print quality is still not good then please refer to my private message for the next course of action.
