Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Follow these steps to update your address for the HP Instant Ink charges at your old address.
Change Your Address:
Log into your HP Instant Ink Account:
- Go to the HP Instant Ink website.
- Sign in with the account credentials you used to register for the service.
Access Your Account Settings:
- Once logged in, look for an option like “Account” or “Profile”.
- Navigate to the address section where you can update your billing or shipping address.
Update Your Address:
- Enter your new address and save the changes.
Note:
- Check for Email Confirmations: If you have any confirmation emails related to the Instant Ink service, you might find helpful information in them regarding your account setup.
- Monitor Your Bank Statements: Keep track of the charges while you resolve this issue to ensure you are not charged further.
I hope this helps.
