Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

I have instant ink. My black ink cartridge is defective hasn’t worked since I got it, I did all of the troubleshoot solutions, why can I not just get a new cartridge. I am about to unsubscribe from instant ink. This is so frustrating.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
