I have the same question. scanned/connected viia mobile app to re enroll with instant ink as the app suggests. however, pop up received "this invitation is no longer valid"??? This occurred in the middle of subscribing. is this the part where I should cancel ink subscription at the bottom on the overview section and then re enroll? I saw 4 notifications that i need to finish the set up and been trying on my laptop but it was useless.
please advise. thank you 🙂
