I cancelled Instant Ink immediately because I will never reach even the lowest tier per month.

I would like to cancel the first toner shipment altogether, however, it has probably shipped by now.

This cartridge and its packaging will be unopened.

Pre-printed labels are for recycling empty/used cartridges only, so I need a different address.

Thank you for reaching out! Since the toner cartridge has likely already shipped, I recommend returning the package once you receive it, without opening it.

 

Inside the box, you should find an envelope, please use that to return the product. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out.

Hi Kuroi!

Thank you for your quick and detailed response.

My concern is the address for the return of an unopened box and cartridge. Usually, the return label is for the recycling location, not the warehouse where the shipment originated. I have no idea where to send it for restocking, if that is acceptable.

Thanks in advance for anything else you can suggest. Otherwise, I will follow your advice, open the box when it arrives and send the unopened cartridge to 'Recycling', even though it has never been used.

Follow the instructions below to order recycling envelope to return instant ink cartridges to HP-

 

Sign in to your instant ink account. 
https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/

 

Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.

 

On your HP Instant Ink account page, click Order a Cartridge Recycling Envelope in the Help Center area.
