If you're encountering an error message stating that the genuine HP cartridge you bought from Walmart is not intended for use with your HP 4635 printer, there could be a few reasons for this issue:

Compatibility Issue: Sometimes, printers may have specific cartridge requirements or firmware limitations that prevent certain cartridges from being recognized. Ensure that the cartridge you purchased is compatible with your HP 4635 printer model.

Cartridge Not Properly Installed: Check to make sure that the cartridge is installed correctly in the printer. Open the printer cover, remove the cartridge, and then reinstall it, ensuring that it clicks securely into place.

Cartridge Contacts: Clean the electrical contacts on both the cartridge and the printer with a clean, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with distilled water. Dust or debris on the contacts can sometimes prevent proper communication between the cartridge and the printer.

Firmware Update: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your HP 4635 printer. Updating the printer's firmware may resolve compatibility issues with certain cartridges.
