Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting the Error message that " one or more cartridges are missing or bad.  I have followed all of the instructions and even did a reset to factory setting and still getting the error message.

I bought new HP ink cartridges to replace and Im still getting this meesage.

If you have performed all the steps from this document here and still having issues, then the printer needs to be checked.
