HP envy 5020

I have purchased an HP envy 5000 printer in Singapore and have now moved to India and my printer doesn't seem to work. This has happened once in the past but I contacted customer support and they changed the region of my printer. Every time I try and contact them again from hp.me/callme it doesn't give me a phone number to call. Does anyone know how I can contact their support team.

I'd love to help.

 

We'll have to do a region reset.

 

To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

 

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.

2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer. 

3. You need to have all the cartridges from the old region/country.
