HP Recommended

I want to be able to use non HP cartridges in my printer. I believe, since I purchased it I ought to be able to use what I want.

I was using non HP cartridges since October 2024.  My printer ran out of red ink.  I replaced it with  the same brand that I

was using and it now it says I have to use HP cartridges.
