INK cartridges, send in return

HiI have tried to reach custom ink support, it is not easy, or impossible :(.Can support help me?I seek an answer about an issue of my ink cartridge deal.I have bought a new printer HP ENVY 6030 and deleted the old one, HP OfficeJet pro 6970 all-in-one.I have an ink cartridge deal deliverance going that belongs to my old and deleted and a broken printer HP Office Jet pro 6970 all-in-one, serie nummer J7K34A -- HP OfficeJet Pro 6970. I want to stop this ink cartridge deliveries to this printer.I have received a parcel of ink cartridges, not opened, I want to send this parcel, in return to HP INK, from Norway. What is the return address I can send this parcel to ?  What do I do to get refunded the money I have been charged?Ink cartridge placed in the printer, being used just to test the printer head, which was broken, is it possible to send these in return too?I have ordered a new ink cartridge deal deliverance to my new HP ENVY 6030 all-in-one printer. Hope you can help me solve this issues.
