I have tried all of the tips noted in/on HP support pages and the cartridge is still not being accepted.

I understand you are facing an issue with CARTRIDGE NOT BEING ACCEPTED the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.


May I know

1. Since when are you facing this issue

2. Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking on the display

3. May I know if you are using genuine cartridges
4. May I know the operating system windows or Mac OS?
5. Could you please elaborate on the issue?
