Hp Smart Tank 515 no imprime tonos amarillos incluso en test de doctor Scan y test de la impresora.  Se realizó limpieza de cabezal profunda pero no funcionó.  La limpieza de cabezal se ha realizado dos veces según sugerencia de solución de problemas de página HP. Antes de dejar de imprimir se instaló actualización de windows 11 24H2.  Se desinstaló la impresora y se volvió a instalar.
