In need of region reset code for cartridges

Hello and greeting.

I bought a Deskjet 3835 from Romania and now I am in Austria. I used 652 ink for this printer but they are not available in Austria. The exact product is under the 302 number here but my printer doesn't work, it returns the error message 'not compatible cartridges'.
Could someone help with how to get the code for the regionalization to reset?

I'd like to help!

The region reset cannot be performed with one cartridge, both cartridges are required to perform the reset.
