Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a LaserJet M252dw. Lately, it has started intermittently leaving extra specks of toner on the things I print out, usually with slightly heavier stock than 20# paper. Again, it's intermittent. After doing some research, I wanted to use the printer's Cleaning function -- but the instructions from HP, in both the original manual and the updated support page (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04518481) are inaccurate. I do not have an option for "Cleaning Page" in my Service menu. So where did this function go?
